Notes & files.

The things you want to keep: notes, files, photos, lists and your journal. Find any of it in seconds.

Your notes and files

On a phone, it’s in More › Notes & files. Three tabs at the top: Notes, Lists and Journal.

  1. Group things with + New folder.
  2. A file in a binder shows which binder it’s in.
  3. Coming due lists anything that expires soon, like a registration or a passport.
Notes & files: three tabs (Notes, Lists, Journal), notes and files like Travel insurance (PDF), New folder, and Coming due: the camper registration expires in 46 days, reminder on.

Add a note, photo or file

  1. On Notes, tap + New. Pick a note, a photo, or a file or PDF.
  2. Give it a title. Choose a Folder or a Binder if you like.
  3. Something that expires? Add the date under Expires or due and turn on Remind me 30 days before it expires.
  4. Need it every day? Turn on 📌 Pin to Day Plan. Tap Add.
The New note sheet: the title Wi-Fi for guests, the note, Personal, a folder, a binder, and Expires or due (optional).

Checklists, like groceries

Checklists live under Lists: groceries, errands, anything you tick off.

  1. Tap New list to start one.
  2. Type in the box at the bottom of a list and tap Add.
  3. From your binders shows the lists inside your binders, like a packing list.
  4. Pin a list to Day Plan with 📌, so it’s there every day.
The Lists tab: Your lists (Groceries, 5), From your binders (Packing list, Restaurants to try, Parts), and the Groceries list with Milk and Eggs.

A private journal

A few words at the end of the day. Only you can see your journal, even in Family binders.

  1. Tap how today went: Tough, Okay, Good or Great.
  2. Write, or tap a prompt: Grateful for…, What went well, Tomorrow I want to…
  3. Tie the day to a binder if you like. Look back › shows earlier days.
The Journal: How was today? Tough, Okay, Good or Great; a box to write; prompts Grateful for…, What went well, Tomorrow I want to…; and binders to tie the day to.
