See your week
Calendar opens on the week. Past days show what got done, what was missed and how many habits you kept.
- Tap Week ▾ to switch to Day or Month.
- Swipe left for the next week and right for the one before. Today jumps back.
- Use Show to see Everyone, Just me, one person, or Family only.
Hide FYIs hides the just-so-you-know items, so only what needs you is left.

The month, and any day in it
Month shows dots for each day’s events, and bars for trips that last more than one day.
- Tap a day to see it, or to add to it.
- Use ‹ and › to move a month at a time.

Add an event
Tap + and type it (“haircut Fri 10 AM”), or tap Event for the full sheet.
- Give it a name, a Day, a Start time and End time, or turn on All day. A trip? + More than one day.
- Personal ▾ sets who can see it: Personal, Work or Family.
- Add what you need: + Place, + Repeat, + Notes or + Binder.
- Tap Save. If it clashes with something, it says so first.

Get reminded
Open any event or task and tap + Reminder.
- Pick At the start, 1 hour before, Night before or Morning of.
- Or set your own: a number of minutes, hours or days before, then Add.
- Need a head start? + More › Get ready nudges you from the day before up to a week before.
On Individual and Together, phone alerts ring even when the app is closed. On Lite, reminders show while the app is open. Set quiet hours in Settings › Reminders.

Google Calendar, both ways Individual & Together
What you add in Life Lattice shows in Google Calendar, and what’s in Google shows here.
- Open Settings › Google & my data and tap Connect Google. Google asks you to allow it once.
- For each calendar, pick Two-way (changes go both directions), Bring in only (you see it here; Life Lattice never changes it) or Skip.
- Choose an Area and Who can see it, then tap Connect and bring in events.
- Choose Which tasks go to Google: none, only ones with a time, or every dated task.
How it stays safe: it brings in 2 weeks back and 4 months ahead. It only changes Google when you save or delete a Google event yourself, and nobody gets emailed. Deleting a Google event always asks first.
