    Go to app.getlifelattice.com in Safari (not another browser).

  2. Tap Share

    Tap the Share button: a square with an arrow pointing up. On newer iPhones, tap ••• first.

    Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. Life Lattice now opens from its own icon.
