Your data, your call

Delete your account.

You can delete your Life Lattice account and everything in it at any time. It's done within 30 days.

The fastest way: in the app

  1. Open Life Lattice and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings › Google & backup › Your data.
  3. Tap Delete my account.

You're signed out on every device and Google is disconnected right away. For 30 days nothing else goes: changed your mind? Sign in and tap Keep my account.

What gets deleted, and when

After 30 days, everything that is only yours is erased:

  • Your tasks, events, binders, lists, habits, goals, journal and settings
  • Your files and photos, and the weekly copies of your things
  • Your devices, phone reminders, the feedback you sent, and your account

What stays: things you added to a family or group stay with it, shown as from "a former member". If you own a family or group, the next person in it becomes its owner, or it's erased too when no one else is in it. Cloudflare's own short-term recovery record of the database rolls off within 7 days after that. Nothing else is kept. See Privacy.

Can't open the app?

Ask here. Rick checks it's your account and deletes it the same way, within 30 days.
